Abstract

The problem of global imbalances that were at the root of the outbreak in 2008. The financial crisis is not resolved, and the danger of entering a deflationary spiral is not overcome. The financial sector remains heavily dominate real, and this trend seems even stronger. In 2008 and 2009 there was strong pressure for decisive reform of the international financial architecture and international financial institutions. For some time the impression that it is not only necessary but also feasible. It turned out that the reforms were only cosmetic and nothing changed the existing international financial architecture. There are no significant reforms at the national level, where ever there were reforms, they were rather timid, cautious and slow. From this perspective it can be expected in the short term the financial sector have a significant positive impact on the recovery rates of economic growth.
